You have questions and we have answers.
1) Are your animals clean?
They are as clean as farm animals can be. :) In all seriousness, we take great pride in keeping our animals as clean as possible (including baths for many of the animals prior to your event).
2) Is your petting zoo licensed?
Absolutely! We are a licensed by the USDA as a class c exhibitor and we are licensed with the Georgia Department of Agriculture. Please see the attachment -
3) Are your ponies licensed through the Georgia Department of Agriculture?
Yes. Please see the attachment -
4) Is your business insured?
Absolutely! We carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance limits.
5) Do you have proof of insurance?
Yes. Please see the attachment -
6) Will I have to pay a mileage fee?
Maybe. It really depends on the distance you are from zip code 30152.
7) Can I have your mobile petting zoo in a park?
This will be dependent on the park. We have held numerous events at parks throughout the Atlanta area. Most of the time all the park will require is confirmation of our insurance. We'd be glad to provide you with that information.

8) Can we schedule a party at your farm?

9) Where does your petting zoo travel?
Just about anywhere! Some of the farthest places we have been were in Alabama, Savannah and South Carolina.
10) Are your ponies hand led or are they set up on a carousel?
All of our ponies are hand led. We provide 1 handler for each pony. We do this for 2 reasons: safety and to give the actual feel of riding a pony (unlike walking in circles like a fair ride on a caurosel).
11) How long does it take to setup and/or breakdown?
Between 15-30 minutes each depending on location.
12) Is there a maximum number of children I can have at the party.
Absolutely not.
13) Is there a nonrefundable deposit for the mobile petting zoo?

Yes.

14) Is there a deposit for my party held at your farm?
Yes. $100.00 nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking.
15) What happens if it rains?
We come rain or shine. There are many different options: we can set up a tent or two, we can set up under a carport or deck or we can set up in a garage.
16) Do you bring food for the animals?
Yes.
17) Do you bring/have hand sanitizer?
Yes.
